The ABC Prevention of Sexual Harassment & Bullying in Chambers training module was specifically written for Members of the Bar and those at a senior management level in Chambers.

There is a separate module appropriate for support staff at all levels working in Chambers

About the author

Benjamin Gray is an experienced specialist in employment, sport and commercial law cases. His clients include prominent PLCs, Central Government departments and high net worth individuals. His caseload ranges from employee misconduct and internal investigations through discrimination, harassment, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal, TUPE disputes, restrictive covenants and employee competition. Benjamin’s wider work, including as a Government panellist, gives him experience and understanding of crossover issues in employment, commercial and public law litigation Benjamin was called in 2011 and is a member of the Attorney General’s London B Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown, a Recorder and a Deputy District Judge.
